Robert Chu Sifu Summer Camp - August 6th and 7th, San Diego, California.

Robert Chu presents the first annual Chu Sau Lei family summer camp, also open to the general public. 9:30am to 5:30pm each day. Robert will be teaching and reviewing the entire spectrum of the Chu Sau Lei family system. Topics covered: Chu Sau Lei body structure methods, understanding the forms (Siu Nim Tao, Chum Kiu, Biu Jee, Muk Yan Jong, Six and a Half Point Pole), Two Man Drills (empty hand and pole on pole), Training Tools, Kicking Sets, and Fighting Application based on the Kuen Kuit (wing chun maxims), Chi Sao and San Sao.

Tuesday and Thursday Evenings, 7pm to 8:30pm.
