I'm glad I found this site. I'm 16, so I grew up with the 2600 system while it was being outdated by other systems. I eventually got newer systems, but I always came back to my 2600 and I still have it today. Its cool to know that there are other Atari fans out there. When my friends come over and want to play N64, they go nuts when they learn that I have an Atari. Everyone always wants to play it. I thought I had a big collection of games until I started looking on the net and found people with collections 6x greater than mine. Atari will always be a legacy and I hope my system never dies of old age.

So glad to have dropped in. I was beginng to think I was dysfunctional for keeping my old 2600, 5200, and 7800 systems and games (about 300 including Sega and Nintendo carts). The game and hardware history is fascinating, and I even found a sight for old games (O'Shea Ltd). This stuff brings back good old memories of non-violent simple video escapism. You keep up the good work into the next millenium and I'll drop in often to visit. Thanks!

I miss my atari, I remember when nintendo came out and all of my friends were playing it and I was still on my atari. I remember it broke one year and instead of getting us a nintendo my parents got my sisters and I a new atari system for Christmas and a whole bunch of games that they got cheap at a resale place. My sister has the atari at her place now and she is 23! I think I am going to have to get that back from her! This page is great! I like the E.T. figure for the guestbook link! I used to play that one alot also!
    bye bye!
